Assisted Stretching


An assisted stretching session will help to increase flexibility, correct muscular imbalances, prevent injury and recover from your workout while enjoying mental and physical relaxation.

With the Healthworks Assisted Stretching program, a Personal Trainer with an assisted stretching certification will facilitate and guide you through a series of stretches based on your specific
flexibility needs. Sessions are available for 15 or 30 minute private sessions.
