Enlist in Bride-Camp, Healthworks 12-week training program exclusively designed to get you into the best shape of your life, for your special day! Bride-Camp is 12 weeks of semi-private training held three days each week. This consistent training will give you the accountability and support to push you to achieve your goals.

Back Bay Club: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 pm
Cambridge Club: Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 pm; Saturday 11:00 am
Chestnut Hill Club: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 7:00 am
Chestnut Hill Club: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 7:30 pm
Coolidge Corner Club: Monday/Wednesday 6:00 pm; Saturday 9:30 am
Coolidge Corner Club: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:00 am
