    It's back!  Enter into Fiona's Challenge II for a

    month long workout program for you and your friends.
     

    Compete to win big!  The winning team will receive the Fiona's Challenge Trophy and each team member will receive:
    Haircuts from Brandon Keith Salon
    Shoes from The North Face (courtesy of SEAC)
    $25 Gift Cards from South End Athletic Company (the team MVP receives $50)

    How it works:

    • Teams of 6 - 10 women apply online. (Applications will only be accepted from complete teams of 6 - 10).  If you have an incomplete team you can recruit other members by leaving comments Fiona Fit's blog.

    • Applications must be submitted before the end of the day on Thursday, February 4th. 

    • Members and non-members are invited to compete. 

    • We ask that teams have at least three to five non-members per team.

    • At Back Bay, Brookline, Cambridge, and Chestnut Hill two teams will be chosen based on the testimonials (one team will be chosen at Salem) - make them as funny or serious as you would like!

    • The chosen teams will be announced at a kickoff party on February 8, 2010 at Champions in the Copley Marriott from 6 - 8pm!!

    • Challenge and assessments will be performed beginning on 2/15/10

    • Chosen teams compete against each other for the ultimate grand prize, details coming soon!

    • Any teams that are not chosen will receive two week trials for non-members.

    Let the Challenge begin!

    • 4 week program with assessments beginning the week of February 15th.

    • Non-members invited to use the club

    • Teams meet once a week for a bootcamp with a personal trainer

    • Individual team members participate in one FOCUS training per week of their choice.

    • A fitness coach will check in once per week with each of the team members

    • Teams will also receive points based on visits, completed sessions, and blog entries.

      • 5 points for each team member for each time they attend the group sessions and four Focus sessions (team cannot earn points for additional Burn or group sessions beyond the total of eight from the program).

      • 2 points for each visit to the club during the month (points will only be allowed for one visit per day)

      • 5 points for each blog entry from the team captain plus 1 point for each picture submitted with entries (maximum of 3 posts and pictures each week).

    • Team progress  with pictures will be posted by Fiona on her blog so that all HW members can be involved in celebrating your developments.

    • Of the the teams club-wide, the team with the greatest percentage of change and the greatest number of points will win the big prize...details coming soon.

    • Winners will be announced the week of March 22, 2010.
