    It's back!  Enter Fiona's Challenge III: Partner Edition for a

    month long workout program for you and a friend.

    How it works:

    • Teams of 2 women apply online. (Applications will only be accepted from complete teams).  If you are in need of a partner, you can recruit other members by leaving comments on Fiona Fit's blog.

    • Applications must be submitted before the end of the day on Friday, July 9th. 

    • Members and non-members are invited to compete. 

    • We ask that teams have at least one non-member per team.

    • At each club, twelve teams will be chosen based on the testimonials -- make them as funny or serious as you would like!

    • The chosen teams will be announced at a kickoff party on July 12th from 5-8pm at The Beehive in the South End.

    • The final fitness challenge will take place on August 8, 2010, and winners will be announced on August 17th.

    • Chosen teams at each club compete against each other for the grand prize!

    • Any teams that are not chosen will receive two week trials for non-members.

    Let the Challenge begin!

    • 4 week program beginning the week of July 12th.

    • Non-members are given a free one month pass to use for the duration of the challenge.

    • Special Fiona's Fitness Challenge III Bootcamps will be held 4 times per week at each club.  Participants may attend up to 2 bootcamps per week.  See our FAQ page for Bootcamp days and times.

    • At the end of the Challenge period, every team will participate in a final fitness challenge to determine the winner.

    • The final fitness challenge will involve the following 3 exercises.  For each, you and your partner may take turns, but only one of you can be doing the exercise at a time.

      • 5 minutes of push-ups.  (Can be on your knees, but must be full range)

      • 5 minutes of sit-ups. (Old school style! Not crunches...)

      • 5 minutes of mountain climbers.

    • At each club, the team with the highest total score (based on the number of push-ups, sit-ups, and mountain climbers completed), will be the winner and will receive the big prize!

    • Team progress with pictures will be posted by Fiona on her blog so that all HW members can be involved in celebrating your developments. 

    • To be eligible to win, each team must submit two blog entries.  One entry must be submitted during the training period, and one must be between the time that training ends and when the winner is announced to reflect on their experiences.

    • Winners will be announced on August 17, 2010.
