Colette Byrne_CH

SPECIALTIES
Colette is specialized in the Asian healing arts of shiatsu (acupressure), Thai massage, and reiki (energy healing). She sees the body energetically and identifies where her clients are energetically blocked or deficient in their bodies which manifests as pain, stiffness and fatigue.

THERAPIST PHILOSOPHY
Colette’s philosophy is to treat the body as an integrated whole comprised of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. She believes that there are numerous factors which cause us to get out of balance. We must first relax our minds, become conscious of our bodies, identify our stress patterns, and make changes in our habits to alleviate these stressors.

Colette followed her heart and changed career from the high tech world in 2003 to pursue her passion of working with people in a therapeutic setting.
