"Why Bootcamp?Why not? It's an amazing way to get a killer workout. You work out with the same group of women and build a sense of community and are excited to get together for each workout. The trainer tells you what to do, and then you do your squats, lunges or burpees as you laugh and converse with everyone. Before you know it, the hour is up and you're kind of sad it's over and you're already looking forward to the next class.  The trainer really gets to know you and the others in the group and will push and motivate you. She knows to challenge you with a heavier weight or to tell you to increase your speed. The trainer  makes sure everyone has proper form with each exercise so that you don't injure yourself and get the most out of each exercise.
I've been doing bootcamps for quite some time and it's easier on the wallet then one-on-one training and you get many of the same results.
