Health Coaching
Health Coaches are wellness experts and supportive mentors who guide you to make smart choices and establish positive eating and lifestyle habits. They help you make gradual, sustainable changes that will create huge improvements in your overall well-being.
Whether you are looking to improve your energy, reduce your stress level, lose
weight, or learn how to eat appropriately for your body's pecific needs, you can
benefit from working with a Health Coach.
Your Health Coach will educate and motivate you to achieve your health and
wellness goals through simple nutrition, fitness and lifestyle changes. In
short, a Health Coach is a life coach for your health!
Participants are encouraged to meet with their Health Coach in person at the
club, however sessions can be conducted by phone when more convenient.
Our Health Coaching Team
All Healthworks Health Coaches are certified by nationally accredited
organizations. Health Coaching biographies are available in the club and on the
Healthworks website. The Fitness Director at your club can help you select a
Health Coach that's right for you.
Your 6-month Health Coaching program includes:
- 12 private sessions (50 minutes)
- 6 Health Coaching educational group seminars (50 minutes)
- Comprehensive lifestyle review and plan
- Food suggestions
- Goal-setting exercises
- Recommendations on incorporating and scheduling workouts
- Handouts and book recommendations
