BodyAlign: BodyAlign by Healthworks presents 1-on-1 sessions to revive, restore, and align your physical health.
Skilled trainers will assess your body through a series of movements followed by specific stretching exercises to align your muscles and joints. Individual sessions will relax and loosen the body to enhance optimal performance and prevent injury. Increase flexibility while decreasing muscle soreness and tension to feel invigorated and re-energized!

Assisted Stretching: Feel better immediately with Healthworks' assisted stretching program.
During a 15 or 30 minute private session, performed on a stretching table, an Assisted Stretching trainer will facilitate and guide the client through a series of stretches designed to increase flexibility, decrease muscle stiffness and soreness, and increase injury prevention.

"While training for the Boston Marathon, I participated in the Assisted Stretching
program twice a week for the month prior to the race and for the week after.
When I started the program, I was suffering from patellar tendinitis and needed a
lot of quadriceps stretching. I was not able to adequately do this on my own.
I found that I felt better immediately after my Assisted Stretching sessions and
the results did not wane. Being experienced marathon runners, my trainers, Maura and
Yvonne knew what muscles and tendons I needed to concentrate on to avoid injury.
They were in tune with my body and tailored the sessions to meet my evolving needs.
I believe that the Assisted Stretching program helped me to achieve my goal of
training for and running the Boston Marathon without injury. I highly recommend
