Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women is proud to introduce The Gravity System, exclusive to
the Boston area, at our Back Bay and Brookline locations as part of our FOCUS
Training Program.
What is GRAVITY?
GRAVITY is our first time efficient and productivity based group resistance
training. This 50-minute full-body workout produces incredible physical
results - results you can see and begin to feel quickly. It is fun and social; it
adapts to any ability level and members never feel intimidated by the equipment
or the workout.
Classes are taught in small groups to provide personal attention without the
expense of private training. Classes welcome prenatal, postpartum, and
post-rehab clients looking to increase strength and joint integrity. Let our

GRAVITY Class Descriptions
GRAVITY: Defy Gravity
This class combines gravity with plyometric cardio circuits for the ultimate
strength and cardio workout. You'll keep your heart rate high to blast fat while
you pump out reps on the gravity to tighten and tone your body.
Gravity: Dynamics
Perform supersets, intervals and circuit training for a heart pumping total body
workout designed to maximize your caloric output.
GRAVITY: Fusion Fit
Take your strength training to the next level, by combining all the benefits of
gravity with free weight training. Utilizing body weight and resistance training
will maximize the strength benefits while maintaining flexibility.
GRAVITY: Upper Limits
An upper body workout that will have you "reaching" for the next level. This
class includes burning core exercises and heart pumping lower body exercises on
the floor to start you off before an intense arm, back and chest workout.
GRAVITY: Pilates
Get ready to power through an intense mix of Pilates repertoire and Jumpboard
intervals to strengthen and lengthen the body with an emphasis on CORE!
50/50 GRAVITY
Half on the treadmill, half on the Gravity machine, this 50 minute focus
training will elevate your heart rate, burn tons of calories and give you a full
body strength training all at once!
