GRAVITY is a 50-minute full-body workout that produces incredible results - results you can see and begin to feel quickly. It is fun and social; it adapts to any ability level and members never feel intimidated by the equipment or the workout. Gravity sessions welcome prenatal, postpartum, and post-rehab clients looking to increase strength and joint integrity.
