Group Training
Group Training at Healthworks is a fun, effective and affordable way to
reach your fitness goals. Our nationally recognized certified trainers lead
these groups focusing on individual strengths, goals and fitness levels of
the participants. Groups have a maximum of 8 participants and a minimum of
6.
Group Training is progressive and result-driven, with each session
lasting 6 weeks, 1-3 times a week (varies per club). Drop-in options are
available for all training programs.
