HW 13.1

HW13.1 is a 12-week group training program that will provide you with expert guidance in speed and hill training, mobility and flexibility, running-specific strength training and nutritional advice for endurance athletes. These twice-weekly sessions will improve your run time, endurance and help prevent injury. HW13.1 can be purchased in three easy payments - just ask!
