Types of Trainers

Level I:

Personal Trainers with nationally recognized certification who can develop programming specific to the needs of each individual.  Trainers will motivate, support, and monitor your workout.

Level II:

 Fitness professional with advanced skills, certification and experience capable of training clients at any level. If you have a medical condition or physical limitation, you may feel more comfortable partnering with a Level II trainer.

Level III:

Highly trained and experienced instructors who specialize in Pilates/Yoga or present for nationally recognized training certifications. If you are looking for someone with detailed knowledge of these disciplines, a Level III trainer may be your best choice.
