Pilates Reformer Groups
Focus Training at Healthworks is a series of training programs that take place in small groups and have a specific format, schedule, and focus. Included in Focus Training is BURN, Gravity, and Pilates Reformer groups.
Pilates conditioning develops core abdominal and back strength by working from the inside out, helping you build optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing your joints. Along with Reformer Pilates Training in a group setting, Pilates group exercise classes, as well as private & duet training is available at all of our Healthworks locations.

Reformer Pilates Schedules
Reformer Pilates Training - A part of the Healthworks Focus Program
Healthworks offers semi-private Reformer Training for groups of up to 5 people. These sessions are pre-scheduled and members should pre-register for each class. Focus programs have an additional fee. Please see the Personal Training Rates for Focus Training packages.
Reformer Pilates Session Descriptions
Essential Reformer
Appropriate for beginners as well as those working to maintain their skills.
The classes are designed to improve core strength and stability, heighten body
awareness, and develop lean and toned muscles. The Essential-level
repertoire emphasizes building the foundation until you feel confident to enter
the next level.
Essential Plus (+) Reformer
The Essential+ level will take you through a faster paced workout. Intermediate
repertoire is incorporated to explore greater range of movement, increase
coordination, and boost stamina. You should have a solid knowledge of Essential
repertoire before attending.
Intermediate Reformer
This class combines mat work with props and Intermediate reformer exercises for
a full-body pilates workout. This class moves quickly so please have prior
reformer experience.
Intermediate+ Reformer
Ready to add some advanced exercises to your pilates workout? This is a
fast-paced and challenging class covering the intermediate and advanced
repertoire in mat work with props and reformer. Please have prior Intermediate
reformer experience.
Power Reformer
Get ready to power through an intense mix of Essential and Intermediate
repertoire combined with athletic conditioning to strengthen and lengthen the
total body. Be ready to work hard and see results!
Jump N' Sculpt
This fast-paced, dynamic reformer workout combines plyometric intervals on the
jumpboard with strength training to improve endurance, flexibility, and core
strength.
