
Private RESULTS
At Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women, we have a one-on-one 12-week weight
management program to help you get fit, eat healthy, reach your goals, and enjoy
life. After your initial assessment, your coach will set up a weekly
exercise plan online for you to follow and will monitor and provide
encouragement. Each week, you will meet with your personal RESULTS coach
for a weekly analysis, weight check, and workout.
The program includes:
- An initial evaluation by your Personal Results Coach that includes a Resting Metabolic Rate analysis (to calculate your personal caloric needs), Body Composition, measurements and goal setting
- 11 Additional Personal Training Sessions
- Continual monitoring and support for 12-weeks from your RESULTS Coach
- Online Exercise Planner: Coach will create a weekly exercise program and workout routine
- Meal Planner and Log: Coach will review your weekly meal planner and nutritional needs
- Online Pedometer Tracker
- Informational articles about dieting, exercise, and sports nutrition from Coach
- Diet Buddy & Results Member Forum
