"Prior to participating in the RESULTS! program, I thought I had a good
idea of what a portion size and healthy eating were. Boy, did I get a
wake-up call. Keeping track of everything I put into my mouth, made me much
more mindful of what I was eating. Having my trainer go over everything I
ate every week, put into perspective for me what healthy eating is about.
The program really teaches moderation. I have a long way to go before I
reach my ultimate goal, but RESULTS! put me on track to build sustainable
lifestyle practices that I feel confident I can bring into the future."

week plus strength training 2 days a week. Amber cut out most fast food
and is watching her sodium intake.
