Team RESULTS

Get all the benefits of RESULTS with fun and motivating group support. Each week meet with your RESULTS team for a weekly group workout lead by a certified personal trainer and RESULTS coach. Each session will include a weigh-in and workout that will challenge all fitness levels. Participants will also be given a weekly exercise plan to follow and a 3-month subscription to the unlimited version of Results Online.

Brookline Team RESULTS
Mondays at 7:00am with Vicki B
Wednesdays at 6:00pm with Sarah A

Cambridge Team RESULTS
Mondays at 7:00pm with Lesley W
Wednesdays at 7:00am with Lesley W

Chestnut Hill Team RESULTS
Mondays at 9:00am with Kristyn L
Mondays at 6:30pm with Nicole B
