Team RESULTS
Get all the benefits of RESULTS with fun and motivating group support.
Each week meet with your RESULTS team for a weekly group workout lead by a
certified personal trainer and RESULTS coach. Each session will include a weigh-in
and workout that will challenge all fitness levels. Participants will also be
given a weekly exercise plan to follow and a 3-month subscription to the
unlimited version of Results Online.
The program includes:
- An initial evaluation by your Personal Results Coach that includes a Resting Metabolic Rate analysis (to calculate your personal caloric needs), Body Composition, measurements and goal setting
- 11 Additional Group Training Sessions that include a weigh-in and a challenging workout
- Continual monitoring and support for 12-weeks from your RESULTS Coach
