TRX TEAM is a progressive group training for all fitness levels and all fitness goals. Utilizing one's own body weight, our trainers will challenge the group through a series of exercises that build strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. TRX TEAM Training engages your core on every exercise in addition to providing cardio in every workout.
Healthworks is the first and only TRX TEAM facility in New England! Come to Healthworks for the best TRX experience anywhere! A TRX TEAM is a six-week progressive workout designed to deliver maximum results. During the season, you and your fellow teammates will be led by a Healthworks TRX TEAM Trainer through two workouts a week each building on the skills mastered in the previous workout.
