Refer a Friend

Healthworks presents a unique opportunity for members to lower their monthly dues.

How it works...

1. Healthworks members will receive $5.00 off their current monthly dues for each referral that joins.
2. Both the current member and new member must be on an automatic billing membership.
3. As long as you and the member you referred remain active members in good standing, your discount continues. Your discount only stops if the member you referred, stops or freezes her membership.
4. Referrals are identified and confirmed at the point of sale. Your referral must specify that you referred them to the club when they come in to join. Referral credits are not retroactive and can not be given “after the sale” or to people joining simultaneously.
5. Only one member can receive the discount for a referred member.
