Boxing Basics with Teanna
USA Licensed Boxing Coach with 13 years of boxing experience The first half of this workshop with address learning correct and safe form for Olympic boxing stance and punches, hand-wrapping, timer, jumping rope, speed bag, heavy bag skills, ducking drills, medicine ball drills, focus mitt practice. The second half of the workshop will put intro skills into practice with 1 on 1 coaching/assistance. This workshop will prepare you to take any boxing class at Healthworks Cambridge. Functional Movement Screen
Want to… run your first race? Improve your golf/tennis game? Just feel better? FMS is for you!
The Functional Movement Screen is a ranking system for movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, functional limitations and asymmetries are found. These limitations can reduce the effects of functional training, physical conditioning, and distort body awareness. Your FMS Score helps to target the problem and track progress. The scoring system is linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore functional movement patterns. Assessments and packages start at $119.
