Bootcamp on the Bike with Sarah R.


Dates: Fri 4/2/2010 - 4/30/2010 Time: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Join Sarah Reed for an intense spinning class that will show you what you can really do! 4 sessions/ $78 for members and $100 for non-members. No class 4/23!

After School Hip Hop Group Training

Dates: Wed 3/24/2010 - 4/14/2010 Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM Is your daughter interested in Hip Hop?? Dance Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor Liza will be offering a class for girls ages 8-12 years. Class will focus on routine progression. At the end of the course the participants will learn a 1-2 minute routine. 4 sessions/ $78 if Mom is a members and 4 sessions/ $100 if Mom is a non-member.

Teen Training with Erin

Dates: Tue 3/16/2010 - 4/6/2010 Time: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM Help your teen beat the winter blues and get ready for Spring! This fun and fast-paced workout with teacher and Personal Trainer, Erin Cerat, will teach your teen the skills she needs to get fit! Ages 13-17 only. 4 sessions/$78 if Mom is a member. 4 sessions/ $100 is Mom is not a member.

The Functional Movement Screen is a ranking system for movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, functional limitations and asymmetries are found. These limitations can reduce the effects of functional training, physical conditioning, and distort body awareness. Your FMS Score helps to target the problem and track progress.
