Back to School Body Basics 101 with Carley and Chelsea

This 12 session BOXING series encompasses the skills and form of boxing with an added bonus of cardio drills, interval work and plenty of core! Team Results is Healthworks exclusive weight management program. There is no better time than the present to get in shape and achieve your weight management goals with experienced NSCA trainer Sam Fontaine. This group is great for all levels of fitness and will combine an intense cardio experience with weight training to push you past that plateau and onto the next level. The Functional Movement Screen is a ranking system for movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, functional limitations and asymmetries are found.
