Saturday Morning Boxing
This 12 session BOXING series encompasses the skills and form of boxing with an added bonus of cardio drills, interval work and plenty of core! Whether you're new to boxing or already have the skills, there is something for everyone in this once a week summer class. Each week we will incorporate new boxing moves; jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks, along with cardio moves you can use on your own!! Burn those extra pounds this fall in this intense group setting. Team Results is Healthworks exclusive weight management program. The Functional Movement Screen is a ranking system for movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, functional limitations and asymmetries are found. These limitations can reduce the effects of functional training, physical conditioning, and distort body awareness. Your FMS Score helps to target the problem and track progress. The scoring system is linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore functional movement patterns. Assessments and packages start at $119.
