Blue Cross Blue Shield
Your Fitness Benefit could save your family up to $150 per year in health club membership dues or exercise class fees. You can claim your $150 Fitness Benefit once you've belonged to a health club and been a BCBSMA member for at least four months (in a calendar year) if your company has added this benefit to your plan. You will need to check with BCBS or your employer to find out if you are eligible. More information >
Harvard Pilgrim
If you're a member of Harvard Pilgrim, and belong to a qualified health and fitness club for four consecutive months, we'll reimburse you up to $150 for you or your dependents covered under your plan. More information >
Tufts Health Plan
Just complete at least four consecutive months of membership in Tufts Health
Plan and at a qualified fitness center. Submit the
Fitness Rebate Form, along with proof of fitness center membership and proof
of payment, and we'll reimburse up to $150 of your fitness club fees for the
year.

Exercise Rx Tax Deduction
Are you working out because your doctor prescribed exercise for a specific health issue?
If so, you will be happy to know that your physician-prescribed exercise program can now be considered a tax-deductible "qualified medical expense" by the IRS. Please ask a club manager for more details.
