Rachel D.
Rachel is a Registered Dietitian working at our Back Bay location who earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from Boston University. Following her academic work, she completed an internship at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Rachel has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including bariatric surgery patients, individuals with eating disorders, and those striving to lose weight. Rachel is so excited to be a member of the Healthworks team, and to assist members in improving their wellbeing with nutrition education and a healthy eating lifestyle. Her focus on healthy, balanced eating and encouragement of whole foods is harmonious with the Healthworks atmosphere of empowerment to women through fitness and personal motivation.
Lauren B.
Lauren is a Registered Dietitian working at our Coolidge Corner location who earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from the University of Delaware. Following her academic work, she completed an internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Lauren’s areas of expertise include diet counseling concerning issues of weight management, diabetes, diabetes prevention, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, nutritional support, and renal disease. Lauren’s philosophy is that everyone should feel good about oneself. An important contributor to this is choosing the appropriate foods. She is excited to have the opportunity to help people develop healthy attitudes and behaviors about food.
