Brookline:

8-8:30am: DeAnna's Specialty - Join DeAnna for one of her special fat-burning workouts.

3-4pm: Taste of Bootcamp Demo - Take this tough workout from Ilene that includes strength training, cardio, and stretching.  Bring all your bootcamp questions/concerns and Ilene will be sure to answer them during the hour!

5-6pm: Complimentary 50/50 - Participate in one of Healthworks' most popular focus classes.  This includes a treadmill interval workout as well as strength training on the Gravity machines!

Cambridge:

9:30am: Mid-Morning Madness w/Jakki - Looking for a way to amp up your workout? Don't work a typical 9-5 job? Then Mid-Morning Madness may be the answer. Work at your own pace, but don't let the challenge of madness slow you down! Meet at the GTS.

10:3-11am: Back Exercises w/Chelsea - In this 30-minute workshop, Chelsea will show you simple back exercises to add to your routine that will counteract the effects of sitting at a desk all day. Meet at the Fitness Desk.

Chestnut Hill:

6-6:30am: Blood Pressure Screenings - Fitness Floor with Pete

7-7:30am: BURN Demo - Fitness Floor with Kristyn

7:30-8am: TRX-Coed/Partner - Studio X with Jane

8-8:30am: TRX-Coed/Partner - Studio X with Jane

8:30-9am: Pilates Demo - Pilates Studio with Amy

9-9:30am: Pilates Demo - Pilates Studio with Amy

12-12:30pm: HWX Demo - Studio X with Mark

5-5:30pm: Body Composition Testing - Lobby with Jake

Salem:

9am-12pm:  Pilates Reformer Demos

5:30pm: BURN Demo - Total Body w/ Donna

5-7pm:  Pilates Reformer Demos
