Monday, October 8th: Fitness Assessments & Orientations
 
7:00 - 10:00am Blood Pressure Screening Fitness staff or Personal Trainers will be giving handouts and educating members on what theirs means.
11:00 -1:00pm Flexibility & EXTEND Body Composition Measurements Flexibility test using Active SLR & Sit and Reach. Flexibility will be evaluated and then the member will be given a 10 minute EXTEND session.

5:00- 8:00pm Body Composition Measurements Using the Body Fat Analyzer, members will have body fat taken and will be educated on accuracy and what it means.
 

Tuesday, October 9th: Group Exercise

The Ultimate Gym Class Gym class is an energetic and free form total body workout for all ages! Full of games, drills relays and fun...think recess!

1:00 - 2:00pm FORZA Combat Instructor Sean Roberson adds his owns Kickboxing flare to the FORZA sword fighting class in this hour long combat class that will leave you feeling like you can take on the world.
6:30 - 7:30pm Latin Dance Master Class Join master dance instructor, Greg Coles, in this special Latin Dance class. Learn unique salsa, mambo, and other Latin dance styles during this easy-to-follow dance routine.

Quad Express The Pilates Reformer adds a unique full body challenge to anyone's fitness regime. These Express classes will consistent of 20 minutes of movement followed by 10 minutes of questions and answers.

8:00am Urban Rebounding This class will be centered around The Foundation and will be taught by a Healthworks Foundation instruction. Before the class, the instructor will speak about The Foundation and what it stands for.

Sunday, October 14th: Mind & Body

3:30 -6:00pm The Seven Movements of the Spine The spine is the central axis of the body around which our body's movements occur. When this pillar of the spine is supple and strong, the rest of the body generally follows suit. Using Hatha Vinyasa yoga, we will look at the basic ways in which our spine moves, leading to greater ease of movement and better posture. The yoga tradition's understanding of anatomy and energy flow will be emphasized.
