Assessments & Orientations |

| 7:00 - 10:00am | Blood Pressure Screening | Fitness staff or Personal Trainers will be giving handouts and educating members on what theirs means. |
| 11:00 -1:00pm | Flexibility & EXTEND Body Composition Measurements |
Flexibility test using Active SLR & Sit
and Reach. Flexibility will be evaluated and then the member will be

| 5:00- 8:00pm | Body Composition Measurements |
Using the Body Fat Analyzer, members will
have body fat taken and will be educated on accuracy and what it
means. |

| 3:30 -6:00pm | The Seven Movements of the Spine | The spine is the central axis of the body around which our body's movements occur. When this pillar of the spine is supple and strong, the rest of the body generally follows suit. Using Hatha Vinyasa yoga, we will look at the basic ways in which our spine moves, leading to greater ease of movement and better posture. The yoga tradition's understanding of anatomy and energy flow will be emphasized. |
