About DROP10

teamDROP10: Are you ready to commit to your weight loss goal? This program will help you to shed those last 10+lbs, or support you on a longer weight loss journey. While working together as a team towards a common goal, teamDROP10 combines fitness and nutrition counseling to focus on healthy weight loss for life. Your DROP10 Coach and Registered Dietitian will help to hold you accountable and give you the motivation you need to be successful in reaching your goals.

Private DROP10: During this 8-week program, you will work one-on-one with a certified DROP10 coach. Your DROP10 coach will provide you with consistent support to help you achieve your weight management goals. This program includes a complete evaluation and Resting Metabolic Rate analysis, 16 private training sessions, development of a personalized workout plan, online exercise tracking, and menu planning.
